CPD course or regulated qualification?
CPD courses are focused and quick. You learn one treatment, practise it with hands-on training and leave with a CPD-accredited certificate. They suit practitioners adding a new treatment and anyone keeping their skills current.
If you need an Ofqual-regulated qualification, look at the Regulated pathway, which runs up to the Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice. You can combine the two.
Skin & non-injectable
Entry-level skills that suit almost any treatment menu.
Dermaplaning
Manual exfoliation with a sterile blade to remove dead skin cells and vellus hair. A good first skill that pairs with most facials.
Microneedling
Automated Microneedling to stimulate collagen and elastin: skin analysis, device settings, protocols and aftercare.
Chemical Peel
Superficial and medium-depth peels: acid types and strengths, skin preparation, neutralisation and aftercare for all skin tones.
Mesotherapy
Microinjection of vitamins, minerals and hyaluronic acid for hydration, brightening and rejuvenation.
Vitamin, blood & IV
Some of these courses require previous medical or clinical experience.
Vitamin Injections
Intramuscular B12, B-Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, biotin and glutathione: assessment, administration, contraindications and aftercare.
Phlebotomy
Venepuncture for safe blood collection, the gateway to PRP. Previous medical or clinical experience is required.

Courses affected by the October 2026 consultation
Please read before booking IV, PRP, bum or breast filler training. On 21 October 2026 the government opened a consultation on restricting certain high-risk procedures in England to CQC-registered providers and specific professionals. The proposals include intravenous procedures, blood- or plasma-derived treatments such as cosmetic PRP, and filler injected anywhere other than the face (including breast and buttock filler), which would be treated as cosmetic surgery for doctors only.
These are proposals, open for comment until 13 January 2027, with no start date set. Botulinum toxin, dissolvable facial fillers and Thread lifts are not on the proposed list. Talk to us about how this affects you before you book.
