Level 7 timing

Planning Level 7 around January 2027

ProQual has published a new Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice and Injectable Procedures that starts on 1 January 2027, with higher entry requirements and stricter supervision. If you already meet the entry requirements for the current diploma, it is worth talking to us about timing now. Read what changes in 2027 and the full Level 7 Aesthetic Practice course guide.

Before you start

What to have ready

  • Your certificates. For diplomas, bring evidence of the qualifications that make up your entry route.
  • First aid. The higher ProQual diplomas ask for a valid Level 3 first-aid qualification. You can take our first aid for aesthetics course.
  • Your plans for practice. If you are training in anti-wrinkle injections, think about how you will work with a prescriber once you qualify.
  • Insurance. Check which insurers accept the certificate for the treatments you want to offer.
Questions

Course dates FAQs

Common questions about booking and timing.

Why are dates not listed for every course?
Our practical groups are small, so we confirm dates when you enquire. Message us with the course you want and we will send you the next available dates.
How do I book a diploma such as Level 7?
Start with an initial assessment so we can confirm your entry route. Once that is done, we agree your practical training dates with you.
Should I start Level 7 before January 2027?
If you already meet the entry requirements for the current ProQual Level 7 Diploma (610/4479/9), talk to us about timing. A new Level 7 specification with higher entry requirements starts on 1 January 2027, and ProQual has not said whether the current diploma will close.
Can I spread the cost?
Flexible payment options are available. Ask us about them when you request dates.
